Line in the Sand (“LITS”) is an online coaching, mentoring, support, and addiction recovery support program facilitated by Drew Wild and collaborating facilitators including Luke and Justine (“Facilitators”).

LITS is intended to provide educational, peer-support, coaching, mentoring, and personal development experiences only.

LITS is not a medical service, psychological service, counselling service, psychiatric service, rehabilitation facility, detoxification service, crisis service, or healthcare provider.

Participation in LITS does not create a therapist-client, psychologist-client, doctor-patient, or clinical treatment relationship between participants and any Facilitator.

2. Eligibility

- You are at least 18 years old

- You voluntarily choose to participate

Any decisions you make regarding your health, recovery, relationships, medications, sobriety, treatment, or wellbeing remain entirely your responsibility.

You should seek appropriate professional support where required.

If you are experiencing severe mental health symptoms, suicidality, psychosis, acute addiction withdrawal, or crisis-level distress, LITS may not be suitable for you.

LITS is not an emergency support service.

If you require immediate support, you agree to contact emergency services or an appropriate crisis support provider.

4. Assumption of Risk

Participants acknowledge that Facilitators are not crisis responders and are not responsible for ongoing risk management, supervision, monitoring, or emergency care.

10. Payments and Refunds

All payments made to LITS are non-refundable.

By enrolling, you commit to the full payment obligation associated with your selected payment plan, regardless of participation level, withdrawal, removal, personal circumstances, change of mind, or dissatisfaction.

Failure to attend calls, engage with content, or complete the program does not release you from payment obligations.

If payment plans are missed or defaulted on, access to the program may be suspended or revoked until payments are brought up to date.

11. Intellectual Property

All LITS content, materials, frameworks, recordings, teachings, processes, branding, documents, videos, exercises, and resources remain the intellectual property of Drew Wild and associated facilitators unless otherwise stated.
